Abd El Kader Alabaster Candle by Cire Trudon
Les Albâtres Collection
Abd El Kader
Moroccan Mint Tea
Trudon unveils ‘Les Albatres’, a beautiful new collection made from delicate Alabaster. Sculpted in Spain from a single block, these stunning new vessels, replete with lid, are completely unique. Each candle is different.
Praised since Antiquity by Greeks, Egyptians and Romans, alabaster is a soft stone, with it's milky aspect ideal for filtering light. In Ancient Greece, Alabaster was also a term coined to describe a vase without handles that contained perfume.
Once burned, a beautiful collectable object remains.
Abd el Kader – a wind of freedom coming all at once from the Mascara coast and down from the mountains bringing in its foolish race with green scents of fresh mint, the hot and peppered air of ginger and the perfume of tea and tobacco from the Ouled Nail tribe.
Head Notes – Spearmint, Lemon, Blackcurrant bud, Apple, Ginger, Cloves
Heart Notes – Jasmine
Base Notes – Vanilla
Burn time 55-60 hours.
