Eames House of Cards Giant
Charles and Ray Eames are among the most important American designers of this century. They are best known for their groundbreaking contributions to architecture and furniture design, industrial design and manufacturing.
The Eames Office produced the House of Cards with images of what Eames called "good stuff ", chosen to celebrate "familiar and nostalgic objects from the animal, vegetable, and mineral kingdoms." The six slots on each card enable the player to interlock the cards so as to build structures of myriad shapes and sizes.
These interlocking cards of patterns and familiar objects make them a practical, sculptural, and beautiful gift for the home.
Card size 190 x 300mm. 24 cards set.
